Development of this site was motivated by many factors but ultimately to help communicate to you the owners on matters of interest and importance about our community. On the website you will find important and useful information affecting our community such as the Shared Facilities operation and it’s Reserve Fund, Daily Building Operations, Property Maintenance, Maintenance Fees and decisions taken by our Board of Directors outlined in formal meeting minutes.
This site will keep you aware of events but more importantly, it will give you the opportunity to be heard, to voice your opinion, to take part in community related discussions and more importantly access private “Community Related” information. Please register yourself as an owner to gain access to very important information and the ability to send your opinion via discussion groups. In this regard, your immediate review and comment is required on the “hot” topic such as Shared Facilities Reserve Fund and it’s expenditures.
It is important to read and understand this information and to engage in a dialogue about this matter online and in person with your neighbors and your Board. We cannot stress enough, how important this issue is to the future of our community and to you as an owner. If we are not careful with this issue, owners could see significant increases to maintenance fees and/or a new special assessment. Therefore please read, become informed and speak out! The ability to impact this Shared Facility issue is in our hands and so we must act now.
Our ultimate goal is to turn our condo into community and to create a Healthy Lifestyle for the owners and residents. It is very important for us all to take part in the decision-making process. Not participating simply means that we agree with the status quo and potential mismanagement of our funds.
